Retail Store Manager
Location: Round Rock, TX
Position Type: Full Time
Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail location in Round Rock, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
– Oversee daily operations, including maintaining store cleanliness, organizing merchandise, and managing inventory levels
– Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase customer traffic
– Provide training, coaching, and feedback to staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about our products and services
– Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and welcoming store environment
– Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to drive results
– Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
– Collaborate with the corporate office on new promotions, product launches, and store initiatives
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
– Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on coaching and development
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
– Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
