Retail Store Manager

Location: Round Rock, TX

Position Type: Full Time

Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail location in Round Rock, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
– Oversee daily operations, including maintaining store cleanliness, organizing merchandise, and managing inventory levels
– Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase customer traffic
