- Own the marketing automation strategy and execution of Braze and Segment.io
- Work with our Product, Martech and Engineering teams to enable technical implementation of segmentation, event tagging, conversion events in our platforms
- Manage all journey and trigger-based campaign executions and optimizations
- Support campaign operations execution including campaign creation architecture, target list creation, testing setup and segmentation
- Own our overall strategy for attribution, tracking and reporting of digital messaging performance
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs and measure campaign efficacy
- Offer strategic guidance to our Customer Marketing team, outline trends in email performance and best practises

About You

- Expertise in managing 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programs, including user lifecycle management, segmentation, building conversion events
- Expertise in data and analytics, including database set up and clean up, funnel analysis, campaign ROI analysis, and pipeline reporting
- Advanced knowledge of email deliverability guidelines, best practices and resolutions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
- A curious mind and able to navigate ambiguity, juggle competing priorities, and perform in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points
- Certification in Braze, SFMC or like platform with experience in creating emails and journeys and can leverage HTML coding capabilities
