You exceed expectations, crafting memorable experiences and forging lasting connections along the way.RequirementsReporting to our Director, Client Services, the successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for managing the day-to-day business of some of our most trusted client accounts, providing exceptional and attentive client service
- Guide the concept development of integrated and digital-first marketing experiences
- Grow and develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare client presentations, effectively present results and attend meetings as required.
- Grow and strengthen our business within our existing client base
- Oversee multiple projects at once—information gathering, organizing, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, trafficking, reporting, delivering and guiding execution.
- In collaboration with our Digital Marketing team, lead the development, deployment and reporting of digital marketing campaigns, including: Google AdWords, SEO, email marketing and list management, and social media campaigns
- Be responsible for accurate invoicing and month-end financial reporting (BCR, WIP, etc.)
- Supporting best practices in accessibility (AODA-compliant communications)
Key QualificationsThe ideal candidate has:
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, preferably agency-side
- Relevant post-secondary education, ideally with a focus on communications, marketing or business
- Knowledge and experience in digital and print marketing and communications
- Strong collaboration, creative problem-solving, negotiation and client service skills
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment, with the ability to be involved in multiple projects at once
