The successful candidate will independently manage their workload, prepare schedules to ensure timely delivery, monitor progress, and adapt to shifting priorities.Responsibilities:
- Product Management – Develop and present high-level business cases, analysis roadmaps, and conceptual solutions to enable strategic business unit (SBU) initiatives.
- Execute strategic priorities of varying complexity and identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency through digital and AI solutions.
- Business Analysis & Project Delivery – Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and design future-state processes. Support the delivery of projects, processes, reporting, and work packages in alignment with the client’s enterprise delivery framework.
- People Change Management – Act as a key strategic partner in ensuring that all initiatives, especially those with digital or AI components, are people-first and adoption-ready. Build and execute thoughtful, multi-pronged change management strategies that anticipate resistance, activate leadership sponsorship, and engage team members in meaningful ways.
- Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners across the client. Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to plan, organize, and align work. Gather input for the development and enhancement of Business processes to ensure operational alignment.
- Reporting & Insights – Track progress and analyze data to generate actionable insights on product performance.
- Communication – Effectively present complex ideas using various methods tailored to different audiences.
Desired Skill Set:
- 2+ years of experience as Product Owner
- 2+ years of experience as BSA
- 5 years of experience working with multiple stakeholders (technology, risk, product, business)
- 5 years of experience with MS Suite
Nice To Have:
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Visio
- Experience with Analytics, including (Adobe, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks and Edge)
