Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, measuring materials, building structures, and installing fixtures. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent woodworking skills.
Responsibilities:
– Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
– Measure materials to ensure accurate dimensions
– Build structures such as walls, floors, and roofs
– Install fixtures such as windows, doors, and cabinets
– Use hand and power tools to complete projects
– Ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job site
– Communicate with contractors, clients, and other team members
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Carpenter
– Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and tools
– Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
