The Zone Field Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing Subaru’s presence within the automotive industry, focusing on Development, Marketing, Training, Fixed Operations, and Retail Operations. This dynamic position is designed for an individual who excels in driving business initiatives related to retail sales, hard parts, accessories, customer experience, Added Security, Starlink, digital marketing, and TradeUp programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Development & Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that promote retail growth and enhance customer experience across all channels.

Marketing Initiatives: Design and execute marketing campaigns that effectively promote Subaru products and services, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer expectations.

Training Programs: Create and facilitate training for dealership staff to elevate product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on success.

Retail Operations Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealerships in retail operations, ensuring best practices are followed to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis: Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and propose actionable solutions to drive sales efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
