We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Provide general support to visitors

Requirements:
