  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Assist in creating project schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating tasks to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project-related documentation, including project proposals, contracts, meeting agendas, and minutes. Assist in generating project status reports, progress updates, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality control processes by reviewing project deliverables, ensuring they meet client requirements and consulting practice standards. Assist in conducting quality assurance checks to maintain the highest level of service and client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge Management: Contribute to the organization’s knowledge base by documenting lessons learned, best practices, and project case studies. Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the workplace consulting practice.
  • Research: Support the teams fulfilling secondary research request and assist as needed on primary research needs
  • Assist in other areas of the business as needed
  • Interacts regularly with team members as needed for the completion of assigned projects

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7-10 years of practical experience in project administration preferred
  • Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously
  • Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • A strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process as they relate to corporate real estate
  • Ability to lead individuals across a national platform to deliver superior results in client service
  • Experience working with Landlords, developers and institutional owners
  • Knowledge and ability reading and understanding design development and construction documents.
  • Ability to manage several medium and large ground-up development projects, major re-development projects, and corporate interiors projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner and computer literacy
  • Ability to read commercial leases and support the Acquisition Manager and Legal to review leases and make valuable comments regarding Work Letters and other Exhibits and details of the prospective lease
  • Flexibility with work hours and travel (US and/or Canada) as needed, with the ability to work in a hybrid model, where three days are in the downtown Los Angeles location (subject to change)
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Skill and interest in business development a strong plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Project software
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred.
