International Sales & Business Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive international strategy aimed at driving growth and establishing a long-term market presence.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of international sales plans, encompassing performance metrics, market positioning, target segments, and promotional initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies and optimize performance.

General Management:

  • Champion CRM adoption and leverage analytics tools to ensure data integrity and enable actionable insights across markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Finance, Marketing, Operations—to ensure that sales execution is supported by aligned business functions and infrastructure.

People Management:

  • Lead with a clear and compelling strategic vision that motivates teams and aligns with Petcurean’s short and long-term goals.
