Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 35 to 40 hours/week
Job requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job duties:
– Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or Lease
– Arrange for billing for services
– Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
– Explain the type and cost of services offered
– Receive payments
– Perform general office duties
– Receive and log complaints
– Record and relay information
– Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol or tobacco products
– Assist in display of merchandise
– Maintain sales records for inventory control
– Estimate or quite prices
– Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental or lease
– Assist clients, with special needs
