Join us!Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for the summer internship in the Marketing, Omnichannel, and BioAdvance Patient Support Program teams – based in North York, Ontario for a period of 4 months from May-Aug 2025 based on a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office). This role will report to the Manager of the respective therapeutic area and business function.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Intern to join our team. This summer internship offers a valuable opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in the field of pharmaceutical marketing, omnichannel, or Patient Support Program management and contribute to strategic initiatives and work on real-world projects that will have a meaningful impact on our business.Key Responsibilities may include:
- Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and refinement of marketing strategies, including positioning, target audience segmentation, and messaging. Contribute to the creation of marketing plans and help identify growth opportunities
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, and may include social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising. Monitor key performance indicators and assist in making data-driven recommendations
- Omnichannel: support development of data-informed omnichannel strategies, leverage advanced analytics to identify impactful KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional and agency partners to continually enhance messaging, performance visualization, and predictive adaptability
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights. Analyze market data, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies
- Patient Support: Drive operational excellence in patient support programs by optimizing workflows, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver a more personalized, efficient, and supportive patient experience
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and drive integrated marketing efforts
- Presentation and Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing insights, campaign performance, and project updates to stakeholders
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Suggest innovative ideas to enhance the company’s marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in or recently completed a post graduate program with a focus on business, marketing, science or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field
