Requirements

Applicants must be highly motivated and willing to self-perform as well as manage subcontractors. Ideal candidate will have 5 – 10 years of experience in managing projects in critical facilities such as data centers. Applicants must be proficient in project scheduling and project budgeting. A history of completing projects on time and on budget is required. Applicants must have experience with cost and budget management.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects from award to completion. Be responsible for the budget, schedule, safety, and quality of each project. Project accounting and cost forecasting.
