Our SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER is an individual who can multi-task effectively and work well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment at an advanced level. The incumbent must demonstrate a bold, innovative, and international sense of design. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment as a creative leader within the Marketing team. The Senior Graphic Designer reports to the Director of Marketing + Brand for planning and brand guidance. The Senior Graphic Designer has final creative approval for all work products along with sign-off from the internal client/ executive. With accountabilities to the Marketing and Property teams, the Senior Graphic Designer will undertake a wide range of creative design responsibilities including:

Responsibilities

  • Lead design direction and production for all campaigns and collateral across all Drake properties including but not limited to print (menus, posters, signage), online (email marketing, digital ads and other online assets).
  • Working at a collaborative level with the Director of Marketing + Brand to manage daily, weekly, and long-term project deadlines for all internal requests.
  • Manage freelancer graphic designer relations from design brief to production.
  • Own and manage printing budget, with an eye to production expense control and management, with a balance of using internal resources and outsourced resources to complete projects.
  • Act as a highly collaborative leader and business partner, with a focus on providing timely client service.
  • Maintain strong, positive working relationships with internal departments and stakeholders, engaging them through the design process with brainstorming, creative briefs, options, and mock-ups to assist in achieving their desired result.
  • Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time.
  • Maintain and update image catalogue and video work.
  • Ensure consistent usage of Drake Style Guide.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years professional creative design and management experience.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML and print processes is required.
  • Advanced HTML/CSS, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, motion graphics/animation, photography and illustration skills are an asset.
  • Experience in developing and updating websites.
  • Experience with, and demonstrated knowledge of, interior design concepts, trends and leading firms.
  • Acute awareness of international design blogs, movements and trends, both relating to graphics and interiors.
  • Understanding of hospitality design trends.
  • Excellent grasp of print and electronic graphic design principles.
  • Highly resourceful, both in production and inspiration.
  • Strong communication, proof-reading skills, and attention to detail.
  • College or University Diploma in Graphic Design. (or equivalent work experience?)

We are looking for a marketing and communications leader to lead our marketing and communications team. This is a strategic, yet tactical leadership role that oversees the marketing department of BPTN. Core responsibilities

– Design, develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy for the organization.
– Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, including managing the day-to-day activities of the department including the development and monitoring of team KPIs.
– Establish a web strategy that creates cohesion among our web properties and a consistent brand experience
– Oversee BPTN’s growth marketing acquisition to deliver growth at scale leveraging paid and organic channels such as: partnerships, social media, website, SEO/SEM and new uncharted territories.
– Monitoring and analyzing all online metrics for performance data, as well as provide actionable plans for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
– Develop a multi-channel strategy that encompasses both inbound and outbound marketing to drive member and client (partner) acquisition
– Develop persona-based user journeys to deliver relevant experiences across digital properties, leveraging marketing automation to move visitors through the funnel and drive engagement depending on the audience segment
– Ensure there is a carefully thought-out launch plan, flawlessly executed, for all major product releases and events
– Bring best practices in B2B, B2C, and SaaS marketing to the table.
– Use data to analyze our marketing efforts and prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the Executive Leadership Team.
– Design, research, and lead execution of growth strategy for new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way.
– Partner closely with the Head of Sales to build campaigns and solutions that drive business growth.
