Job Description

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will involve a variety of tasks including answering phones, organizing files, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies
– Maintain contact lists
– Provide general support to visitors

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
