RESPONSIBILITIES***Community Management is Primary Role***Writing copy and drafting social media posts
Moderating content and managing social media comments
Assisting with internal reports for clients
Monitoring activity on social networking sites
Assisting with updating client information and social media channels
Creating social media audits for clients
Assisting social media managers with campaign ideas
Client account management and growth
Posting client blogs to their website
Account building for social channels
Performing community management for clients
Execute display advertising tactics, including keyword research and expansion, ad creation, campaign performance tracking, and audience/placement analysis/recommendations.
Continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of campaigns through bid management, keyword analysis, and geo-targeting
Perform best practices for departmental procedures that facilitate workflow, intra- and inter-departmental communication, tracking and reporting of Web Analyst daily activities; contribute to the development and improvement of processes that support the alignment of quality, scalability, and capacity of the team
Monitoring industry changes and benchmarking against online competitors
Establishing a continuous improvement process
Designing, directing, and monitoring solutions to acquire and retain users
Establish direct contact with clients via telephone and email to describe our products and services
Create Facebook & Instagram campaigns in line with the client’s objectives and budgets
Operate as the main client consultant, leading and advising on strategic and tactical planning activities
Communicate your clients’ goals and interests when creating new campaigns
Setting realistic expectations

Excellent internet research and computer skills Interested in social media and social media trends

Enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated
Basic skills in Social Media, Adobe, Hootsuite, and WordPress are considered an asset
