Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Salary: $22 – $26 per hour

Job Description:

Our client, a leading and rapidly growing environmental testing and service organization, is currently seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the testing and analysis of various environmental samples in a laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform routine testing and analysis of soil, water, and air samples
– Prepare samples for analysis using standard laboratory procedures
– Maintain accurate records of test results and observations
– Operate and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
– Assist with various laboratory tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g. Chemistry, Environmental Science)
– Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is an asset
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols

As a Senior Project Manager/Project Engineer specializing in environmental due diligence and remediation, the candidate will be responsible for project management and senior technical work in Phase operations. The role will involve working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure successful project completion.
Position: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Salary: $15 – $18 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Description:

– Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming first impression
– Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and helpful manner
– Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Provide administrative support to the team as needed
– Manage office supplies and equipment
– Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
