- Implementing AECOM’s Quality Management System methodology and project management processes.
- Recommending improvements to technical design processes and ensuring consistent application across design teams.
- Participating in monthly project reviews to review project status, budget, work plan, schedule, and risks.
- Act as a mentor to junior and intermediate track engineers.
- Enroll and obtain the MAP (Managing AECOM Projects) Certification.
