Salary: $15 – $18 per hour
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kingston, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and in person. You will also be tasked with resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
– Resolving customer complaints and issues
– Processing orders and returns
– Maintaining customer records and documentation
– Providing support to the sales team
– Participating in training and development programs as required
Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
