Job Description:
The Dubuque Food Company is seeking an Entry Level Production Worker to join our team in Dubuque, IA. The primary responsibilities of this role include operating production equipment, assembling and packaging products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate production equipment in a safe and efficient manner
– Assemble and package products according to established guidelines
– Ensure that all products meet quality standards
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required
– Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
