Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Whitehorse, YT. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of the store’s operations, including customer service, inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring the store meets its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the Store Manager in all areas of store operations
– Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales
– Supervise and train staff members
– Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
– Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies
– Ensure the store meets cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
