- Coordinate and process complex account transfer requests, ensuring all assets are received within established service level agreements.
- Monitor and manage transition mailboxes, initiating or investigating transfers promptly to meet a 24-hour turnaround time.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding incomplete transfer submissions and provide clear explanations for rejections.
- Review and resubmit rejected transfers to ensure they are in good order and compliant with requirements.
- Execute cash and securities journal entries with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve outstanding issues related to account transitions, providing exceptional service throughout the process.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction by implementing efficiencies.
- Generate both scheduled and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss transfer procedures and requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Support team operations during high-volume periods by working overtime when required.
- Proficiency in English; bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve processes to enhance client and team experiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with trading operations, service level agreements, and digital tools is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being a self-starter.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods to meet client needs.
