  • Collaborate on budget processes and capital management strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management procedures.
  • Support weekend schedules if needed, offering flexibility to meet organizational demands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, including co-op or internship roles in banking or financial services.
  • Familiarity with accounting software systems and data mining techniques.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of AML, KYC, and EDD processes in a financial context.
  • Experience with financial risk assessment and corporate risk management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Crystal Reports and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with two days in-office and three days remote.
