The company is looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager for a full-time position in Metro Vancouver. The position reports to the CEO and involves working on partnerships and project delivery that respects the cultural practices of shareholder Nations.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Provide information by answering questions and requests
– Maintain contact lists
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
– High School degree required
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
– Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
– Ability to learn new software applications and systems efficiently
