Job description: Our North American based client is looking to hire an SAP BDM Sales Executive to join their team immediately on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have gained extensive experience in business development or sales within the SAP or ERP consulting space with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing complex SAP service deals and posses a strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, including core modules and digital transformation trends. This is a fully remote work setting with some occasional travel to the US.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the SAP consulting space across Canada (and U.S. as applicable).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of mid-to-enterprise-level clients within targeted industries (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, public sector, tech).
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive SAP solution sales (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, Analytics, etc.)
  • Represent the firm at SAP and industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Partner with internal delivery teams to scope, propose, and win service engagements and staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with a consultative sales approach.
  • Provide market intelligence and contribute to the refinement of our service offerings.
  • Maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and report on sales performance.
  • Experience selling professional services (not just software licensing) is essential.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA is a plus).
