You’ll work to apply pixel-perfect design excellence to ensure all brands show up in the world with accuracy, helping to keep them contemporary, visually appealing, while staying true to their visual identities and ethos. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support senior team members with design projects (from concept to research to design execution)
  • Execute on direction given by Design Lead and senior team on projects such as: campaign logo design; campaign design systems; key visuals; landing pages and microsites; agency-owned brand design works (print and digital).
  • Assess and maintain pixel perfect brand asset kits for iconic brands.
  • Collaborate with a variety of creative teams across multiple iconic brands to create scalable design systems for mid and large-scale social activations and campaigns.
  • Develop innovative design solutions and contribute to the evolution of existing brand work across our agency pods.
  • Provide design guidance to Junior team members when prompted.
  • Communicate design thinking to non-design audiences and able to listen and take art direction well.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • A designer with 3-5 years’ experience with a BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Passionate about graphic design with an insatiable eye for detail and brand consistency
  • You’re and Adobe Creative Cloud rockstar and demonstrate proficiency in Figma.
  • Portfolio demonstrates strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, and branding.
  • Conceptual designer with a right and left-brain approach to design problem-solving
  • A critical thinker and creative problem solver who efficiently troubleshoots hurtles without compromising design and brand standards.
  • Multi-tasker who can prioritize and manage work, adhering to project milestones in fast-paced environment.
  • A can-do, positive, and uplifting attitude able to collaborate with enthusiasm and inspire co-workers and brand partners.
  • A driven self-starter to optimize and exceed expectations.
  • A natural leader, comfortable with a high degree of ownership
  • An excellent communicator and comfortable presenting work across all levels of an organization
  • Exposure to Art Direction, Photo Shoots, and UI/UX are an advantage
