Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our database. This position requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Enter and update data in the database
– Maintain data accuracy and integrity
– Prepare reports and documents as needed
– Assist with other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in data entry or clerical work is a plus
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Marketing Manager in Toronto/ GTA and surrounding areas

I’m looking for a self-driven powerhouse that can take a little direction and run with a project. The right candidate will act as my “right-hand person” and help move my online Health and Wellness business to the next level.

Looking for:

  • 2-5 years of working with other health and wellness online project or business
  • Experience working with online marketing
  • Experience with copywriting
  • Expert in Kajabi and Podcast editing
  • Needs to know Chinese and English


Compensation:

$15 – $25 hourly


Responsibilities:

  • Updating your Social Media channels
  • Helping to post your blogs (and tracking blog metrics)
  • Setting up your email marketing eg. ConvertKit or Kajabi
  • Research (such as finding podcasts you can be a guest on)
  • Setting up and running webinars
  • Editing podcast episodes (and writing show notes)
  • Extract podcast episodes and create a blog, youtube
  • Proofing emails, blogs, sales pages, etc.
  • Email management and filtering
  • Maintain WordPress website
  • Creating files for organization
  • Kajabi expert – know how to maintain and update kajabi from creating landing pages to updating and loading course
