- Manage multiple Print & Fulfillment vendors including overseeing the printing, kitting, distribution and delivery of all print material, store portals, inventory & replenishment of instore marketing materials and new store openings.
- Develop and support major marketing initiatives by working directly with the Marketing Brands, and in some cases Category and Merchandising teams on POP, innovation, & sourcing to deliver an impactful in store experience.
- Recommend alternative solutions to print projects with respect to process to save on time, costs, substrates to provide better value or improve on quality.
- Point of contact to support Brand Marketing teams on any issues concerning, vendor, pricing, quality, and proactively work to resolve any issues or concerns with service, or price.
- Support team in sourcing hardware, décor or innovation to support new signage, fixtures or hardware.
- Participates in key meeting where multiple stakeholders align on objectives and priorities to drive business results
- Review and monitor current processes and practices within the ISM workflow and looks for continuous improvements to manage work and volume.
- Lead and coach direct report(s) and manage on site vendors to ensure that work is done accurately, efficiently and maintains the integrity and overall strategy ensuring implementation complies with policies, procedures and standards as well as best working practices
- Manage and monitor overall budgets supporting National, Divisional and Control Brand marketing plans. Manage large budgets in excess of 5M
- Own day to day vendor relationships, including monthly meetings to discuss rates, services, resources, as well as the supervision of on site contractors
- Maintain awareness of industry and competitors’ trends, applying knowledge to develop new components, be innovative in marketing practices, and share across team.
- 4 days per week onsite between our Shoppers location (243 Consumers Rd – North York) and Loblaw Companies Limited (1 Presidents Choice Circle – Brampton)
What you’ll need:
- Post-secondary education equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma in Marketing, Business or Advertising
- Minimum of 7-10 years business experience in Marketing or Advertising.
- Minimum of 3-5 year’s experience managing a large internal and external team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Data management experience using MS Office applications, especially strong in Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting demands, with a high degree of detail and accuracy in a fast paced environment.
- Creative problem-solver with a strong work ethic and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Possesses strong project management and negotiating skills.
- Deliver quality work on large/complex in-store signage programs, ensuring timely execution.
