Sharethrough is growing its marketing team! We are seeking a Social Media & Digital communication specialist to join the Montreal team. Ton Rôle

    • Maintenir et exécuter une stratégie de contenu efficace sur les médias sociaux et les plateformes web afin de promouvoir Sharethrough
    • Atteindre et accroître nos audiences ciblées sur différentes plateformes, notamment Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc
    • Gérer les calendriers de contenu et veiller à ce que le contenu reste cohérent
    • Veiller à la notoriété de Sharethrough sur les réseaux sociaux (marque d’entreprise et marque employeur)
    • Réviser, rédiger et modifier les communications internes en utilisant un style et un format à fort impact pour les présentations, les communications intranet ou autres communications cibles
    • Coordonner et gérer les événements internes et externes
    • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes pour le lancement et la création du site et agir en tant qu’auteur du contenu
    • Préparer et coordonner tous les éléments de marketing (image de marque de l’employeur, événements)
    • Participer à la préparation et à la rédaction de rapports
    • Collecter de manière proactive des renseignements sur les marques, les agences, les plateformes programmatiques et les tendances.
    • Rédiger et traduire divers documents
    • Soutenir l’équipe dans toute autre tâche connexe nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l’équipe !

Ton profil

    • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en marketing (les stages comptent !)Baccalauréat en communication, journalisme, marketing, traduction ou dans toute autre discipline pertinente
    • Tu es capable de progresser dans un environnement dynamique, exigeant et en pleine évolution
    • Tu es organisé, avec de solides aptitudes à la planification et à la gestion multitâches
    • Tu es particulièrement soucieux du détail
    • Tu communiques efficacement en français et en anglais : tu as de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et d’écoute
    • Tu maîtrises le marketing des médias sociaux et les plateformes de médias sociaux les plus importantes, notamment LinkedIn, Facebook et Instagram

Your Role

    • Maintain and execute an effective content strategy on social medias and web platforms in order to promote Sharethrough
    • Reach and increase our target audiences on different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc
    • Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent
    • Monitor Sharethrough’s reputation on social networks (corporate & employer brand)
    • Review, write, and edit internal communications using a high impact style and format for presentations, intranet communications, or other targeted communications
    • Coordinate and manage our hosted internal and external events
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the launch and creation of the site and ongoing as content author
    • Prepare and coordinate all marketing products (employer branding, events, promotions)
    • Participate in planning and reporting
    • Collect information proactively on brands, agencies, programmatic platforms, and trends
    • Draft and translate various documents
    • Support the team in any other related tasks necessary for the good functioning of the team!

Your Profile

    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing (internship’s count!)
    • Bachelor’s degree in creative/technical writing, communications, journalism, marketing, translation, or other relevant discipline
    • You’re able to thrive in a demanding, rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
    • You are organized, with solid time management and multi-tasking skills
    • You are exceptionally detail-oriented
    • You communicate effectively both in french and english: strong listening and writing skills
    • Proficiency with social media marketing and all major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

Sharethrough is growing its Marketing team! We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist with experience in creating and writing marketing content in the digital marketing field.
Content marketing being at the heart of our strategy, you will collaborate not only with the rest of the marketing and PR teams, but also with the product team to create engaging content to raise the company’s profile and position it as a leader in the industry.

Your mission

    • Write, edit and publish marketing content on Sharethrough’s company, products and industry, such as blog articles, white papers, advertising content, social media and website content, and press releases to be made available through various channels
    • Work in close collaboration with the product team to synthesize and vulgarize the description, developments and news of our products and make them understandable and accessible through different communication channels
    • Actively monitor industry news and trends and write reviews, opinions and comments on them on behalf of the company, staying ahead of the competition
    • Seek input from several actors and thought leaders at different levels of the organization to produce optimal, thoughtful and industry-leading publications
    • Revise and reread texts to ensure that the tone and voice comply with the brand guidelines and that the material is free of errors
    • Guarantee the linguistic quality of all our projects throughout their execution
    • Collaborate with graphic designers in the production of digital multimedia content
    • Participate in the planning of the content marketing strategy and narrative development, as well as in multiple initiatives to elevate the quality of the content Sharethrough produces

Your profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in creative/technical writing, communications, journalism, marketing, translation, or other relevant discipline
    • 2-3 years of experience in creating, writing, and revising content (in the digital marketing field being an asset)
    • Capabilities in vulgarizing technical concepts
    • Exceptional communication skills in English (written and spoken), French is an asset
    • Ability to adapt writing style according to the message and media concerned
    • Proficiency with social media marketing and all major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
    • Autonomy, initiative, curiosity, speed of execution, creativity and attention to detail
    • Ability to thrive in a demanding, rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
    • Be a team player who values collaboration and diversity of opinions and ideas
