We’re seeking a student or intern in our Enterprise Sales Development team to help us expand Hootsuite’s and Talkwalker’s customer base. You’ll use outbound prospecting strategies to identify and target prospects, and initiate the first outreach to identify sales opportunities. Your goal is to help book meetings and fill the pipelines for the enterprise sales team.WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support SDRs and Enterprise Account Executives in implementing appropriate prospecting strategies.
- Use strategies such as cold outreach techniques and technology such as Linkedin Sales Navigator and 6Sense to assist with building an enterprise sales pipeline.
- Establish contact with Enterprise prospects and qualify opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Identify and share the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
- Determine the prospect’s interest in Hootsuite/Talkwalker’s products and services.
- Schedule meetings for sales representatives with key contacts in prospective accounts.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Working towards a degree in a related field (Business, Communications, etc.) or has proven related work experience
- Self-starter who desires to learn, grow, and excel in their role and enjoys being measured by targets
- Interest in social media, social listening and digital marketing
- Attention to detail and ability to perform administrative tasks/update CRM; ability to strategically research and develop accounts for prospecting.
- Comfort with, and desire to, cold calling and outreach (email, social, video, direct mail etc).
