A Project Manager is needed at the Office of the Status of Women to lead strategic projects related to Canada. The role includes responsibilities such as project consultation, promotion, budgeting, contract management, communications, and project plan development.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system

Requirements:

Preferences

  • 1-3 years of digital advertising experience.
  • Demonstrable experience using Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and/or a Demand Side Platform.
  • A degree, diploma, or certificate in marketing or digital advertising.
  • Experience with project management software is an asset.
  • Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in programming related to analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a high degree of proficiency in data retrieval/manipulation.
  • Highly organized, efficient and able to work around tight deadlines.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Able to manage a diverse workload, learn and adapt quickly and take direction from others.
