Our client is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager with experience in leading end-to-end implementations of HCM (UKG) and ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager and 3+ years of experience with HCM and Payroll system implementations.
Position: Junior Data Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year
We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities and provide data-driven insights
– Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
– Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support business objectives
– Create visualizations and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders
– Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
– Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
– Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
