Role Overview:
As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee multiple development projects, ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will coordinate with various teams, manage interdependencies, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and coordination for key initiatives, collaborating with product management and development teams.
  • Compile work estimates and planning assumptions, providing oversight to component-specific release plans.
  • Identify and manage cross-component and cross-product line dependencies throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Ensure readiness of integration testing environments and coordinate integration tests across teams.
  • Proactively remove obstacles blocking progress and ensure releases are on schedule.
  • Identify and manage delivery risks in accordance with Global Relay’s risk management framework.
  • Track progress against target completion dates using tools like Jira, resolving issues impacting plans.
  • Report on progress at project-specific and company-wide meetings.
  • Understand the design, business logic, and technical architecture of relevant products to support effective project delivery.
  • Champion process improvements to enhance project predictability and streamline cross-component delivery activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program management, particularly in unified communications or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
