Join us!POSITION SUMMARYThe Officer, Marketing and Communications is an integral member of the Foundation’s Marcom team, which is responsible for all internal and external marketing and communications across the Foundation, designed to drive awareness of, interest and engagement, investment in revenue generation and strengthen stakeholder relations.RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIESRESPONSIBILITY – Project ManagementMaintain and update the marketing and communication team project tracking list on an ongoing basis, adding new tasks submitted through Jira ahead of weekly team meetings.Monitor the status of current and upcoming projects on Jira, and follow up with requestors as needed regarding meeting requests, missing information, and/or approaching deadlines.Implement edits to the Foundation’s website, proactively request updates from with Foundation staff, and conduct regular website check-ups.Support QA on the Foundation website, donation pages and fundraising platforms.Support the production of material for projects and signature events, like our Annual Louis L.
