Job description: As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for uncovering customer business issues, understanding their problems, and finding solutions to solve them by using our technology suite. You will be responsible to have in depth knowledge of our product offerings and able to articulate the value proposition of our tools. You will work closely with both new logo account executives and strategic account partners and partner with them in account opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of our technology stack, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls with clients to uncover business issues and problems. Define how our product stack is able to solve business issues and problems
- Conduct live demonstrations of our product stack to potential clients focusing on how our solutions solve their business issues and problems
- Conduct webinars on industry topics and how they relate back to our products and services
- Creating sales enablement video content of our products for our Consensus platform
- Create technical documentation, tutorials, and training materials to enable the sales team and customers to better understand and utilize our products/services.
- Attend industry conferences
- Respond to functional requirements within RFPs and RFIs
- Work closely with product management to provide feedback from the field and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, chemistry, computer science, information technology
- 2 + years of industry experience in Quality, Validation, and Quality Risk Management.
- Industry knowledge and understanding of the basic regulatory requirements concerning validation, QRM, CPV, and QbD
- Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, CSA, risk analysis, and pharmaceutical manufacturing Proficient with sales enablement tools such as CRM, presales platforms, etc.
- Extensive understanding of computer technologies and network infrastructure
- Knowledge of cloud computing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and willing to tackle challenges
- Ability to cultivate ideas independently and bring a unique perspective to the forefront
- Team-oriented collaborator that will partner with sales to strategize and close deals
- Excels at presenting complex solutions and simplifying them to end users
- Ability to consult with clients as an expert
Nice to have:
- CSV, Equipment Validation, Instrument Validation, Cleaning Validation, Process Validation, Analytical Method Validation experience
- Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, IOS, Windows)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and SSO technologies
- Experience with databases including MS SQL server, Oracle
- Knowledge of Cleaning and Process Validation
- Project management experience
- Customer Support experience is a plus
- Sales experience
