The responsibilities of the role will include:Supporting the Manager and senior management in servicing overall operations with minimal supervision.
Validating the data input, ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained, and local routing requirements are met.
Participating in the settlement process of spot and forward orders adhering to specific client details in an efficient and accurate manner.
Overseeing the beneficiary creation and validation process supporting outbound settlements of all global currencies (Majors, Minors, Exotics) across all delivery channels (Wire, ACH, EFT, Cheque)
Ensuring funds reach our global clients and beneficiaries in a timely manner with the highest degree of data accuracy and confidentiality.
Working closely with internal business units to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency.
Maintaining strong working relationships with our banking partners.
Training and supporting associates on a continuous basis.Providing training and understanding on various aspects to other team members.Providing ideas & areas of improvement for further improving the processing standard, providing weekly & monthly MIS.
Complying with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, and controls; and
Ad Hoc projects as requested.Qualifications & SkillsDegree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field.
Relevant full-time work experience, ideally in operational roles within fintech’s, banks or other financial services companies.
Exposure to and understanding of global payment formatting requirements (major, minor, and exotic markets) 3 + years of previous supervisor or managerial experience.
Strong leadership skills; organizational and administrative skills.Ability to organize, plan and schedule activities and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills and comfort in dealing with individuals across all levels of the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook).
IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Experience with SWIFT banking system, payment processing and payment investigations.

How YOU will make a difference:

  • Lead or assist in the information system validation of new assay methodologies, new products and services and new equipment utilized in the laboratory operations, specifically changes involving AS400, Omnitech V6 and V12, middleware (Instrument Manager, Myla, etc.), Lab Director, MedLab and result outputs (Dynacare Plus, EMR, eResults, OLIS, etc.)
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure adequate user and QA validation of process/software occurs
  • Work with managers and project teams to establish Information Systems Test Plans and Scripts to test end-to-end systems encompassing analytical instruments, middleware, interfaces, and the laboratory information systems (LIS)
  • Execute Test scripts for various departments, projects, and systems
  • Document test scripts according to change control SOPs
  • Maintain a central knowledge base of Dynacare systems
  • Train and support staff across the organization who are performing validations
  • Actively participate in project reviews to identify opportunities to improve integration and validation processes
  • Review systems annually to monitor performance
