  • Lead, and/or collaborate with the VP, Global Talent Operations on the planning and administration of a variety of annual programs including annual salary planning, annual bonus plan analysis and execution, market pricing and salary structure review, long-term equity program administration, or other compensation related programs
  • Support VP, Global Talent Operations on other analytic activities, including annual headcount budget preparation
  • Lead, and/or collaborate with the broader Talent team on a variety of projects, including compensation program redesign, ad-hoc analysis, policy reviews, cross-functional project teams, and implementation of new programs
  • Conduct job analysis and evaluation, with an awareness of compliance implications in the US (i.e. FLSA) and considering global requirements as well
  • Document internal pay practices to publish management guidelines for compensation actions; Proactively identify opportunities to redefine and streamline processes, working with key stakeholders
  • Coordinates and supplies supporting documentation for Board reporting, internal and external audit compliance
  • Providing details of upcoming vest to payroll team prior to vesting; work with Payroll to confirm taxes are calculated correctly on equity settlements
  • Partners with Payroll and Benefits team members on analytics required for annual budget cycle, including the development of fringe rates

  • Coordinate show launches with Digital Marketing, PR, and Internal Communications teams, providing them with necessary assets.
  • Play a crucial role in awards submissions by guiding content selections and liaising with producers to select categories & nominees
  • Prepare for marketing needs on WildBrain Studios’ first feature.
  • Manage external studio marketing, identifying press opportunities, preparing talent for interviews, and staying updated on studio priorities.
  • Oversee annual updates to the studio sizzle reel and manage components of the studio marketing budget.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand, or a combination of relevant fields
  • Capability to navigate a complex organization comprising multiple business units and teams, with a keen ability to determine when to involve others for approvals, awareness, or consultation
  • Familiarity with the world of animation, production, entertainment, and/or broadcast
  • Client-facing experience with navigating approvals and asset requests
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly understand &translate the needs of different departments
  • Creative copywriter and careful editor
  • Keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Highly organized, able to keep track of multiple projects at various stages of production
  • Passion for great creative, whether it’s a beautiful poster image, compelling copy, or a thrilling trailer, and for understanding the work and artistry that goes into each production.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately enter large volumes of a variety of data, including financial and patient information, into claims processing software.
