Xello is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for a 1-year contract. The ideal candidate should be curious, empathetic, and adaptable. They will play a crucial role in the Xello Marketing team by empowering others through their expert ability to leverage market information.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant for our team. The successful candidate will provide support to our office staff and assist with daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate party
– Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person
– Assisting with filing and data entry
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Making travel arrangements and scheduling appointments
– Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an office setting preferred
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
