- Receive, analyze and validate information gathered from various invoices, source documents, journal entry requests, etc
- Basic support of financial close activities such as keying transaction through journal entries, rolling forward files, preparing summaries etc.
- Verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of information in the system (e.g. data validation)
- Communicate potential issues in order to initiate corrective actions based on criteria
- Analyze discrepancies and contact internal departments and /or external parties to resolve problems
- Provide support and guidance to external vendors and internal Bell colleagues through frequent verbal and written communication
- Produce reports on requests submitted by external auditors, employees or managers

- Basic Accounting knowledge
