  • Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in a related field: Media, Digital Marketing, eCommerce.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience across the Marketing, Digital and/or eCommerce landscape.
  • Strong business and analytical acumen.
  • Leading knowledge and track record of success with data driven marketing.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver complex, inter-disciplinary and often global Digital projects.
  • Experience in full funnel campaign development and optimization for lower funnel conversions on retailer online sites.
  • Ability to analyse website performance metrics and drive user behaviour, translate metrics into actionable reporting, and grow online sales through optimization of engagement and acquisition.
  • Experience managing people, strong influencing capability, and emotional intelligence.

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-operating company activations (tentpoles events, etc.)
  • Work closely with agency partners to facilitate cross-brand optimizations and make recommendations for driving key KPIs: ROAS, CPA, etc.
  • Coordinate across multiple partners across the consumer journey to find efficiencies in performance and costs.
  • Support key Joint-Business-Plans (JBPs) with media partners
  • Evolve performance marketing reporting.
  • Identify Advertising Partners and make strategic recommendations for driving media diversification across our top brands.
  • Support Full-funnel marketing with leadership in connecting upper and funnel marketing efforts across brands.
  • Navigate a complex array of cross functional stakeholders. You will be working with Nutrition Business Unit teams including e-Commerce sales, brand, and category strategy planning teams.
  • Knowledge in using digital media to drive online and offline sales jointly.
