You deliver and exceed the Wireless Sales Expert “Customer Experience” expectations by demonstrating a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. You are able to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering excellent customer service, solution expertise and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
The Wireless Sales Expert is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, generating sales to meet a minimum quota. A Wireless Sales Expert is expected to sell and serve, ensure your merchandising standard are maintained and selling in a fun, fast and friendly manner. You will talk to possible customers about which phone, or accessory may be the best fit for them.
You will concentrate on selling wireless phones, services and accessories and service contracts.
You will also become an expert and educate current and potential customers on other products and services so they can find the right plan for them.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma.
Must be flexible in working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and presentation skills.
