Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a friendly and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries
– Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
– Resolving customer complaints and following up to ensure satisfaction
– Processing orders and payments accurately
– Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
