Day in the Life:

Reporting to the VP Marketing Technology, Media and Operations, the Director Marketing Operations, Project Management, Compliance will lead a team of passionate individuals who are subject matter experts in developing, executing, maintaining and providing the marketing operations and project management key data and project deliverables. This role will also develop, execute and maintain work enablement strategy while providing best practice expertise to Marketing stakeholders.

The team is charged to drive value by effectively and efficiently running the business of marketing, enabling an optimal customer experience. This includes Project management, loyalty operations, gift card operations, advertising compliance and budget process and management.

The Director Marketing Operations, Project Management, Compliance will be accountable for delivering work processes and tools are effectively built, maintained, and optimized. This role is also the central point of contact partnering with other key functions of the company.
