Job Description

Please note this is a 6-month contract.

The Media Platforms Implementation Manager will be responsible for analysing, preparing and supporting the implementation of our dentsu media platform to realise the benefits in our markets. The role will make the deployment of this critical media platform and tools a success, supporting our markets to review their end-to-end media workflow and design changes for how the enabling technology will help our people and enhance the media outcomes we deliver for our clients. The role will support our Media Market leaders, teams and users taking them through a series of technology implementation and operational readiness activities pre-deployment of the dentsu media platform technology and to assess impact post-deployment. This, for example, will include supporting process analysis, mapping and identification of value stream improvements, enabled by business change and technology automations.

The role will be really well supported as part of a global team of Media Product and Technology experts and Media Operations Excellence expertise globally, together jointly responsible to move all our Media Service Line towards more common and standard platforms, tools, processes and ways of working.

  • Be familiar with the overall dentsu strategy, transformation roadmap and how media technology advancements enable a new way of working and delivery of media
  • Support the team to maintain design integrity as products, solutions and business improvements are developed
  • Support the execution of technology enabled offshoring opportunities with our markets / identify ways to use offshore to accelerate technology adoption
  • Support process analysis, including value stream mapping, waste identification and assessment, future processes, and cost analysis
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Media technology to be able to critically assess the operational and business change required to realise the value from our investments
  • Support markets to better understand and redesign their media technical architecture and tooling landscape, in line with the adoption of the dentsu media platform
  • Support adoption of dentsu media platforms working closely with market stakeholders to assess readiness, perform gap analysis, and collaborating with the Media Tech team
  • Bring a creative customer centric problem-solving mindset to develop solutions
  • Support process-led workshops and sessions with stakeholders to validate and prioritise opportunities and design end-to-end process solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Identify key process and business metrics and appropriate targets (local market) and inform the governance model to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Support, conduct and analyse information gathered through Media market baselining and proactively identify necessary interventions and improvement opportunities
  • Support building a readiness document or a playbook to guide the market on key steps, lead times, RACI, support required to onboard/launch the media platform apps

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years working experience in technology platform deployment, process and data object mapping
  • Awareness of technology enabled digital transformational change and platform implementation
  • Awareness of technology product design, user story development and deployment
  • Experience of business process mapping (BPM) and re-engineering including use of visio / facilitation of workshops / interviews
  • LEAN six sigma green belt preferred but not essential
  • Awareness of technical skills in operational excellence, enterprise architecture design, business technology re-platforming, and organisational change
  • Experience of stakeholder management and concise communication / presentation techniques for senior business audiences and stakeholders
  • Ability to think innovatively in developing and executing change
  • Energy and desire to work in a fast move advertising media environment
  • Proven working experience in a media industry is an asset

Qualifications

  • Past (recent) experience in search engine optimization related roles

  • Knowledge of keyword research tools, with a solid understanding of search intent
  • Generalist SEO experience is a plus including experience with Technical, Local SEO, International SEO or E-commerce SEO

As a member of the Wealth Segment Strategy team, this role reports to the AVP, Wealth Segment Strategy.

This role provides strong exposure to senior leaders across the enterprise.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Business Owner Segment Strategy for TD Wealth
  • Develop, lead and implement Strategic Initiatives across TD Wealth, partnering across all LOBs and more broadly across the enterprise to win with Business Owners
