Our client is located in Toronto, Ontario, and They are looking to hire a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join their team.

About the Opportunity

  • Maintain and support existing instances of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud with the support of the current developer
  • Read, understand and adjust business requirement documents to facilitate the creation of an appropriate functionality requirements document
  • Ensure that solutions meet both business requirements and technical requirements, including performance, maintainability, and stability
  • Act as a lead with the management and execution of consumer engagement campaigns with focus on the personalization of content through Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud and CDP
  • Work with a RESTful APIs to move data between custom databases, CRM platforms and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Map out customer journeys, create automations and segment audiences to serve the right experience to the right person at the right time
  • Contribute to the development of institutional knowledge of Marketing Cloud and CDP
  • Collaborate with BAs, Developers, Admins, and Architects to support the design and building of scalable solutions
  • Design, develop, test, integrate, deploy, administrate digital marketing solutions in Marketing Cloud
  • Enable Salesforce Marketing Cloud power of personalization and automation throughout the customer journey
  • Help review, fix, design and build digital marketing Journeys existing and net new
  • Work with vendors
  • Review current code and processes and ensure that everything is documented
  • Follow the team and project guidelines, keep in mind the milestones set, raise warnings if deadlines are at risk

About You

  • You MUST be willing to go into the clients office at least 2-3 times per week. (Avenue Rd. and Eglinton)
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field of study
  • Experience with design and development of relational databases
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with SSJS, Amp Script, Journey Builder, Automation studio and Cloud pages
  • Experience working with web services and RESTful APIs
  • Excellent understanding of the SDLC
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills are required to succeed in this role
  • You will spearhead the continuous technical improvements and innovations within the Salesforce environment
  • You must posses strong organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • You must posses’ exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Possess excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • You must be very detail oriented, someone who takes pride in producing clean reusable code while documenting all steps along the way!

Position Overview:

The Art Director – E-Commerce, working with the Creative Director, is responsible for leading the creative development of site and email programs from conceptualization to final production. The candidate works with our in-house creative team to help our brand remain fresh, competitive, and relevant.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Works with Creative Director, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and E-Commerce Studio to review and discuss creative concepts and art direction

· Establish art direction to deliver a cohesive look and feel across all digital consumer touchpoints (including digital ads, e-commerce sites & emails)

· Is hands-on in directing our studio photography team and models to achieve desired creative

· Review all artwork and copy to ensure projects are on brand and on time.

· Ability to research competitors to provide analysis of digital marketplace on a continuous basis

· Adhere to corporate health and safety policy requirements that contribute to a safe workplace

· Any other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or related field

· Minimum 5 years experience at an agency or in-house creative team specializing in the digital space. Experience in fashion or retail considered an asset.

· Experience in formulating concepts and marketing campaigns that engage, communicate and sell

· Experience with fashion photography, photo editing,

· Extensive knowledge in Graphic Design, including layout, knowledge of typography, and colour theory

· Functional expertise in UX and UI design

· Experience in creative development & campaign implementation for web

· Extremely proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator

· Knowledge of video editing software such as After Effects or Preimiere Pro an asset

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Previous retail experience an asset

Related Work Skills

· Strong aesthetic sensitivity in evaluating layout, photography and typography

· Ability to meet tight deadlines on a continual basis

· Ability to work effectively in a high productivity work environment

· Expertise in developing creative concepts for the digital space
