Job title: Digital Marketing Intern

Job description: As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will gain hands-on experience planning and implementing social media strategy, researching marketing trends, and running campaigns.
Applicants will also help with some administrative and customer-facing tasks such as lead qualification.
As the online presence is extremely important for the success of the business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business’ growth.

Responsibilities
Assist our marketing team with planning and implementation of the marketing strategy for social media and designing of a sales funnel
Develop content to increase community engagement online (posts, video, reels, stories, giveaways)
Plan, budget, and execute successful social media ad campaigns that will generate sales/leads
Assist with client lead qualification and client intake process, respond to customer queries through social networks
Track and increase the conversion rate through social media
Become Google AdWords or Facebook Ads Level 1 Certified during the internship
Follow established Design System and expand brand standards in social media presence
Complete other administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:
Marketing or business degree or background
Experience in working with such social channels as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook
Experience in working with, Mailchimp or Keap is an asset
Experience in working with Adobe CC, Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an asset
Good knowledge of social media algorithms and advertising platforms
Strong ability to work with minimal supervision, learn new skills, and take initiative
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work remotely
Computer Literacy
Previous Experience as Digital Marketing Associate will be an asset

Expected salary: $15 per hour
