Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales leadership teams to deliver marketing and communications initiatives to meet our Client-focused objectives and drive business results. You will be collaborating closely with an exciting start-up – Prospr by Sun Life – that is providing hybrid advice to our Clients. You will deliver new digital marketing programs, support marketing operations and identify process efficiencies to enable faster speed to market. You will be liaising with multiple stakeholders within Business, Legal, Compliance to successfully produce modern, relevant and high-quality marketing materials on schedule

What will you do?

Digital Marketing – demonstrated experience in delivering direct to consumer digital marketing programs (social media, paid search, affiliate marketing, etc.)

Campaign Execution – demonstrated experience in managing performance-based digital marketing campaigns

Analytical Mindset – ability to draw insights from data to inform future campaign design

Organizational Skills – proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver against required timelines and budget

What You Will Do

The Institutional Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in implementation and execution of the Institutional digital marketing strategy. Leads Development and Implementation of Digital Marketing Campaigns and Website

  • Input into the annual and campaign planning process
  • Works closely with creative agency(s) to ensure core messages and brand equity elements are delivered across all digital tactics consistently and effectively
  • Responsible for the development of creative digital briefs and campaign media briefs
  • Day-to-day creative vendor management, creative approvals, and scheduling.

What you bring

  • University degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred

  • 3+ years of work experience specifically in digital marketing roles (executing digital paid and SEO campaigns)
