Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing and Acquisition Manager for a 3 month contract in Toronto. This is hybrid role – 1-2 days in office for now.
Pay rate: $41/ Hour
Hours: Standard Hours – 37.5

Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing and Acquisition Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing the delivery of various digital projects
  • Working in collaboration with Marketing Segments teams on integrated campaigns
  • Supporting digital channels and media – SEM, SEO, social, display and programmatic initiatives including always-on digital media
  • Planning, managing and providing clear direction to drive better digital customer experience, journeys and overall improvements
  • Working with other stakeholders on requesting tagging, tracking and monitoring marketing efficiencies
  • Working with creative agencies as needed to help deliver digital creative assets
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across broader marketing and business, to effectively deliver value-added insights and analysis
  • Showing in-depth understanding of customer funnels, UX journeys and best-in-class digital experience

Qualifications

  • Holders of this role are expected to have 3 plus years of similar experience
  • Have demonstrated a clear understanding of marketing processes and business priorities, and have an analytical, digital and data-driven mindset.
  • The holder should be curious learner and have a keen interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, media and desire to learn and leverage new technologies and ways of working in order to help drive digital acquisition results.

What will you do?

  • Identify, develop, and optimize digital marketing strategies and programs (including SEO/SEM, email marketing, podcasting, etc.) for advisor teams and provide consultative support
  • Operate as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud subject matter expert in marketing automation best practices
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform the digital marketing roadmap for advisor teams and report on success of tools
  • Collaborate with internal business development consultants, technology trainers, support teams, content providers and designers to launch and optimize digital platforms
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the RBC Wealth Management overall digital ecosystem to optimize inter-departmental alignment
  • Provide leadership and forward-looking perspective to digital marketing team members, branch teams and head office groups
  • Identify and assess technologies, vendors and best practices to ensure we are maximizing business development opportunities

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

  • 5+ years of experience working in a digital marketing role in a corporate environment or related agency
  • Depth of knowledge and professional use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable Marketing Cloud technology
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, in particular, SEO/SEM and email marketing tactics
  • A strong team player who can support team members in a proactive, open, and fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of management, including senior executives

Nice to have:

  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
  • Experience in wealth management or serving clients in wealth management
  • Fluent in French (reading, writing, conversation)
