The company is seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to join their team as a Project Leader. The Project Leader will report to the Section Manager and will be responsible for leading and administering the organization, coordination, and execution of assigned projects within a multidiscipline project.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
– Answering incoming customer calls and emails
– Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Providing product information and technical support to customers
– Processing orders and coordinating with the warehouse team for shipping
– Ensuring customer accounts are up to date and accurate
– Communicating with internal departments to address customer needs
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
