What will your typical day look like?
- Understand and become well-versed in the the digital ecosystem in the purview of the Global Digital Experience (GDX) program. Based on that, determine the change and adoption priorities for each product, project, and platform within the GDX program.
- Lead a team to drive and deliver against these identified priorities across this portfolio of digital products and projects.
- Actively manage, communicate with, and influence (without authority) an audience of 1,000+ digital marketers, leaders, CMOs, and stakeholders across the Deloitte global network through trainings, communications, digital community calls, 1:1 calls, and other forums.
- Lead the development, delivery, and maintenance of technical training for digital products: including live trainings; office hours; training within AEM through WalkMe; job aids; and all other trainings identified as needed for the product.
- Lead the creation and delivery of program and project related communications to a variety of stakeholders across the global network, including leadership, governance bodies, digital community, and other stakeholders.
- Lead the management of a Digital Site Lead community of 100+ digital site leads across the Deloitte global network. Oversee quarterly calls with this community; actively create and advise on the agenda for this audience based on program priorities; actively listen to and address the unique needs of this community.
- Lead the management and engagement of a digital community of 1,000+ digital marketers across the Deloitte Global network. Oversee monthly calls with this community; actively create and advise on the agenda for this audience based on program priorities; actively source and address the unique needs of this community.
- Lead a team and stakeholders to conceptualize, create, and execute on learning opportunities to advance the digital maturity of the global network, such as digital summits.
- Create and maintain strong 1:1 relationships with digital leaders in select countries (e.g.: US, UK, Canada, Australia). Engage with, influence, and shape their digital agendas.
- Represent the GDX program on governance bodies; listen to and action their priorities; bring the Change & Adoption voice and point of view to the board.
- Lead the development of executive summaries, project approaches, and leadership deliverables that outline key engagements and highlights for leadership and other audiences.
- Provide active and daily support, guidance, issue/risk resolution, and mentorship to team members across their work, products, projects, performance, and career.
- Support strategic projects within the GDX program or the Global Brand organization.
- Lead collaborative efforts between Global Brand and Global Technology Services.
- Develop strong working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders: member firm leaders and teams; GDX program; Global Brand; GTS; other stakeholders. Represent the GDX program and Change & Adoption point of view in these interactions.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with Deloitte Global professionals and digital marketing teams across the global network.
- Have a distinct and strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders

- Experience and expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); WalkMe; OneTrust; with the enthusiasm and ability to learn and operate in all technologies in the program’s portfolio
- Strategic and critical thinking capability, with a view to being able to connect the dots, spot and shape opportunities and think ahead
- Strong communications skills – excellent writing and editing skills, with confident presentation skills
- Strong executive presence
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong research and analytical skills; confidence in providing insights and recommendations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills – particularly in PowerPoint and Excel – with the ability to create high quality and impactful deliverables
