Au sein de l’équipe Product Factory, vous innoverez, développerez et soutiendrez notre produit en pleine croissance appelé Health Connect. L’offre Health Connect est conçue pour permettre aux autorités de la santé et aux prestataires de soins de santé de transformer les systèmes de santé publique. Vous apporterez vos compétences techniques en matière de résolution de problèmes, afin de résoudre les problèmes commerciaux. Les praticiens de la Product Factory sont passionnés par les nouvelles solutions technologiques de pointe et sont désireux de les découvrir pour suivre l’évolution du marché. Ils possèdent de solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes, d’analyse et de test, sont à l’aise pour travailler à distance avec leurs collègues et comprennent les principes de développement et/ou de configuration de logiciels.

Dans ce rôle, les qualifications attendues sont les suivantes:

  • Actuellement inscrit à un programme d’études postsecondaires, vous êtes diplômé d’ici septembre 2022, poursuivant des études en informatique, en gestion des TI, en gestion de l’information, en marketing, en technologie des affaires ou tout autre diplôme pertinent.
  • Client numérique – travailler dans un environnement Agile (SAFe de préférence), produits Salesforce, modélisation de données, intégration, Apex (Front-End/Back-End), Visualforce (Front-End), SOQL (Back-End), Ava (Front-End), gestion de contenu d’entreprise (OpenText, Office365, SharePoint), gestion de l’information et gestion des dossiers.
  • Publicité, marketing et commerce (AMC) : Stratégie de marque, services de publicité, stratégie marketing et numérique, capacité de marketing, connaissance du client, commerce électronique, technologies de publicité et de marketing (produits Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, etc.
  • Product Factory: Compétences en résolution de problèmes techniques, compétences analytiques, compréhension des principes de développement et/ou de configuration de logiciels, des tests manuels et des outils de test d’automatisation (par exemple, Selenium, Python, etc.).
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement (à l’écrit et à l’oral) avec une capacité créative à conceptualiser et à articuler de nouvelles approches et solutions. La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est requise pour le poste au bureau de Montréal.
  • Le candidat doit être légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada et être en mesure d’entrer aux États-Unis pour travailler sur les missions des clients.
